Veldig slitent hotell, absolutt ikke 5-stjerner verdig

Bit worn down here and there

Wonderful hotel but front desk staff could be a bit more attentive. I left my only warm jacket and called about two hoted after check out while still not to far and asked the front desk to check the room for my jacket. They said it was not turned in and would check and call of they find it. FIVE DAYS LATER they call to day they found it in the room. By that time i purchased a new jacket since I didn’t hear back. Now they want my credit card to send it to me. This is not what a expected form a five star hotel. Truly disspointed.

Superb breakfast, luxurious rooms with great views. 1 minute walk to ski hire & transfer to & from gondolas included

Restaurant food choice could be better so we ate out. Very close to some good restaurants so wasn't a problem

The hotel is centrally located, but quiet. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a nicer room with terrace on the sun facing south side; this colored our experience positively. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. My wife enjoyed the pool and the spa. We liked the 2min shuttle ride to the Cry d’Er skilift.

The hotel feels grand and elegant but a little dated. As an example: I did not find a thermostat to tune down the room temperature - neither did the hotel staff who came to help us. As a result, we left the window open at night in February… The SPA can get crowded and it seems that reclining lounge chairs are few.
