Rooms were nice. Bathroom really old. Staff is friendly.

Pool and jacuzzi too cold. Lift out of service. Breakfast really average.

Très déçu de mon séjour . Client habitué de cet hôtel , j’ai pris une chambre côté nord . Nous étions au 4ème étage et avons dû prendre les escaliers (porter la valise) car l’ascenseur était en panne . Le spa n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Piscine eau froide .. jacuzzi eau froide .. hammam froid ! Pire pas de machine à café dans la chambre . Habitué des hôtels dans cette station suis vraiment déçu de mon séjour et du rapport qualité/prix

"Good summer holiday at good hotel"

Location, easy access Crans Town Centre.

View from room, is not good enough we expected. Unfortunately, Large trees block the view. Restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly compare to other staff.
