"not a good value for money"

great located with beautiful views

needs to be modernized. there were many things missing in their junior suite. from a simple pen to a proper mini bar selection of snacks and drinks, a real hair dryer and better quality quilts and mattresses. some of the staff at the reception were not professional at all. their bar was outdated with poor selection of drinks and snacks

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!

The temperature at the pool and spa was warm but not hot. But this does change the experience.

Great location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, turn down service, robes, slippers. Room 306, suite, excellent view. Dinner, fine dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Not really an issue… room 306, walk-in closet is not sound proof. Could hear neighbors talking. Shut door when not is use.
