Amazing location and all staff is super friendly , which makes the difference . Suite was spacious aient a lovely view. Some areas would benefit some modernisation/ upgrading but overall a lovely stay

Viele technische Defekte - werden einfach nicht repariert. Service im 5 Stern-Restaurant reicht für McDonalds. Apathische Mannschaft an der Rezeption. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen - zumindest nicht als 5 Stern - Haus.

the spa was amazing, the rooms were really big with comfortable beds and a noce balcony with great view on the alps

- poor choice for 28.- breakfast, needed more choices
