Ingen informasjon om tilbud om vaskehjelp under oppholdet! Svarte ikke på spørsmål angående det! De burde informere om at ved betaling i pesos pålegges gebyr! Da hadde jeg selvfølgelig betalt i dollar! De var uhøflige ved kontakt angående dette! Mangler litt utstyr på kjøkkenet! Ingen safe tilgjengelig!

La ubicación

El lugar era chico. No habían trapo de piso, microondas, tostadoras. Cosas esenciales para el lugar. No tenía acondicionado. Más o menos el lugar. Muy chico para cuatro personas. Las camas incómodas, las almohadas super usadas, de mala calidad. La recepción no tan agradable. Exepto María Teresa, muy dispuesta a ayudar.

El trato cordial en conserjería y las instalaciones del edificio

Falta de utensilios de cocina (cubiertos sobre todo) y el deterioro del placar del dormitorio principal. Los cajones estaban desarmados prácticamente. Y una pata del sommier se salió.
