We were made to feel so special on our stay. Staff were happy to help us when my son had complete meltdown over pool times missed. Even went out her way to offer a prize and an alternative game for us to play instead Also catering was great but felt a little forgotton about vegan diet as we woukd have loved to have vegan yogurt and mini cakes but thats my fault i should have put this on our booking We had a great time and hope to come back again

Vegan breakfast items but we didn't go hungry staff helped us find a new cereal and now my child loves this cereal

Staff so lovely and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.. Breakfast and food good. Swimming pool good.

No towel rail in bathroom. Took a couple of attempts to get mugs changed. Soap dispenser in basin didn't work. All fairly minor things

Fantastic location, all staff were super friendly, kind and helpful . Loved the history of the place being a hotel for the partially sighted , owned by Guide Dogs for the Blind at one stage. Loved it was so pet friendly. Excellent swimming pool.

Rooms a little tired , especially the bathrooms , hopefully those will be renovated in time.
