Everything is very old.

Fantastic location, really lovely staff

Tiny shower, no decent water pressure, couldn’t have a proper shower, old and needs renovating - couldn’t open windows as strong smell of car oil from next door

Close to the train station

I stayed for two nights in different rooms, as I had a one-night gap between bookings. The first night/room was okay-ish. All the single rooms are very small, but fine for one person. However, the hairdryer only worked for a minute before overheating and turning itself off. You couldn’t turn it back on unless you waited a long time for it to cool down—and that was only if you were lucky. They said that they will give me an iron clothing, but they kind of forgot. Bad smell in the room. The view from the window...horrible. you can only see buildings, a car service and garbage (a lot of garbage). ​The fridge in the second room was not working. The staff told me they would call someone to fix it within an hour, but no one ever showed up. Also, even though they claim to offer a wake-up service, don't raise your hopes, as no one will actually call you. If I hadn’t set my own alarm, I would have missed the Bernina Express train.

Hotel centrale, a due passi dalla stazione per prendere il trenino del Bernina. Colazione ok, pulito, abbastanza silenzioso, parcheggio in zona a pagamento oppure cercando bene anche in alcuni punti gratuito.

Camera molto piccola, bagno altrettanto. Arredi datati, la camera avrebbe bisogno di un generale rinnovamento. Scelto solo per la vicinanza alla stazione.
