Premier Hotel

This is a clean hotel with a shopping centre next to it. It is surrounded by many eateries. Sanyan is situated at a walking distance. would certainly choose this hotel in next trip to sibu.

Check in at 10pm, check out 9.30am. I stay there for sleep only and the next day I'm rashing for boat express.

overall, it was ok.

Upon checking in to my room, there is a dead cockroach awaits me at the living room area, whole place is run down, booked a suite, living room area AC does not work, but the AC in my room is freezing cold and there is no way you can adjust the temperature because the remote is broken. Breakfast was bad. During check out they are unable to give me a receipt and insist that I check with expedia instead. Out of so many hotels i've stayed before, they are the only one that REFUSED to provide me a tax invoice!!! Never again.

Overall is good but was bitten by bug/insect middle of night causing my whole arm swollen, don't think is mosquito because the swell part is different from normal mosquito bite. May be carpet mite or dust mite.

Stayed in a superior room on higher floor of hotel over the Chinese New Year period. Great view of the Rejang river and the Lanang Road precinct, superb view of fireworks displays in the neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and courteous, good comfortable place to stay away from home.

Good location in centre of town, convenient to most amenities and transport. However traffic around the hotel is very heavy most of the time in the day and parking is very difficult to find. Room is comfortable on the high floors which has been recently renovated.

Good and comfortable but hotel is kind of old

高層階の部屋を割り当てられましたが、リバービュー側もシティビュー側も 大きい窓からは地平線まで続く熱帯林という絶景でした。アメニティも過不足なく、お掃除も行き届き水回りも大体OK。朝食もよかった。町の中心にあってとても便利。リノベーションしたらしいので壁はベコベコしてますが満足度高いです。

Wonderful stay! Room is comfortable and quiet. Probably the best in town at this price.
