Location is great. Very comfortable rooms. Coffee machine.

Nothing to fault. It would have been nice if the heating had been put on, the room was very cold when we arrived in the evening.

Very comfortable. Fantastic staff. Great room service daily. Free bikes was a huge bonus we used a lot during our stay!! Easy walking to great dining, coffee and the Lake. Onsite dining and bar fabulous too!

"Lovely, however"

Lovely, staff, amenities, and dining choices in-house and the hotel (pub) across the road.

The black gunk that came out of the spa bath. The car parking and the bottle of wine from the mini bar were "compted" for me. I had photos and, as asked, emailed them. However, I haven't heard back in regards to the issue and if it had been resolved....I am just interested in the result

"Overall a nice small hotel with character and good restaurant"

Staff were great.

Receptionist was soldering on though obviously sick with flu like symptoms. But absolutely commendable.
