The East Hotel in Kingston is our favourite place to stay when we visit Canberra. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff are always professional and friendly. The East Hotel also has a number of dining options and is also walking distance to other cafes and restaurants and to the Lake and to the National Gallery.

The room had plenty of space, bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows to choose between

The parking should be free for guests. Charge the conference folks and diners but not if you staying at the hotel

I liked how the staff accommodated my request for early entry to the room. I have stayed at the East on numerous occasions and always found this to be the case. I also like the pillow spray. The rooms are always very clean.

The coffee I had from Agostinis room service was not great but the food I had from there was excellent.
