Waldorf Astoria Panama

I have traveled all over the world and this is One of the best places that I have stayed. The service was extraordinary good. Waiters in restaurants were exceptional (especially William). Awesome service by all personnel.

The Waldorf Astoria Panamá was outstanding. The rooms are roomy and very comfortable The staff was excellent snd the customer service was first class.. Make sure to introduce yourself to William Smith at the restaurant/bar. He will make sure you are taken care of.

William in hospitality was attentive and always happy to assist us with our needs. Thanks to him, our stay was effortless.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room had a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is located in a central area with lots of restaurants within a quick 5 minute or less walk. The hotel staff was all kind and attentive, we greatly appreciated Nicolas while we enjoyed our breakfast on our last day.

William Smith provided an absolutely exceptional experience during my stay at the Waldorf Astoria. From the moment we met, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Waldorf Astoria was great and the service we received from Will Smith was top notch. He helped us at the bar and at breakfast and at lunch!! He was very generous with his time, especially with giving me some Spanish lessons. We will be back and we will look forward to seeing Will again.

Hotel Waldorf Astoria has attentive staff, well maintained amenities at the pool, gym, and spa, and a relaxing atmosphere within the rooms and the hotel itself. William, Dilian, and Yelmi memorized orders for ease at breakfast or dinner and Edwin, Marco, and Jose ensured valet vehicles were picked up quickly. It has been an amazing trip with their help and made morning routines easy. Most staff will speak English if you do not understand Spanish, but try to speak Spanish if you can.

I’ve had several dining experiences at the Waldorf while being here for a few weeks. Camilo Laguna provided excellent service!! The food is excellent, and the ceviche is my favorite. Highly recommend!

As a Diamond Reserve member who's experienced many Hilton locations, I can confidently say this one tops the list. Remarkable aesthetics, vibrant atmosphere, and fantastic amenities! Truly, this is the best location in Panama! Questions about the rooms ? The suite was clean and modern with absolutely so no complaints!
