My family decided to spend Christmas and celebrate the New Year at the Sunsuri hotel in Nai Harn. What sets this hotel apart is the service provided by the staff. Whether that is front desk, restaurant or sport/pool staff their attention to detail and friendly attitude is a credit to the hotel. My son particularly was fond of Mang who helped him become quite a water volleyball player after only a couple of days. Keep up the great work

Good breakfast buffet and spa staff were great.

Our room had a musty smell. Staff were not as friendly (unlike Cambodia and Vietnam) especially at the front desk. Pool has opening time at 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. I’ve never had experience a hotel with pool time restrictions.

The location of the hotel is not good, very isolated. the room has a stinky smell, the structure of the hotel is not comfortable, you need to climb to get to the room. All services at the hotel are super expensive in comparison to other places.

What an amazing holiday Sunsuri gave us. We’re a family of 5; kids aged 12, 10 and 8 and we all had a wonderful 10 days in Nai Harn. The food, the family suite, the pool with the slide and jump and most of all: Kaey, the Recreation Supervisor and all the Sports Team made our holiday incredibly special. Their enthusiasm with the children and engagement meant the kids had so much fun playing the pool games and table tennis. We can’t thank you enough.

Great hotel with nice views & pool , 5 mins to the beach and a short walk to local restaurants

Nothing really , I mean it’s on a hill so there are steps to the room , but once you find your way about it’s easier , and the lift takes you most of the way ,we were quite high up room 6102 but it was great
