Находится рядом с хорошим пляжем , правда до него надо идти вдоль дороги минут 5. Ну в целом нормально. Там все так ходят, не очень комфортно от проезжающего транспорта , тротуары не предусмотрены )) удобно заказывать еду в номер по куар коду. Завтраки обычные. Все есть. В обед мы заказывали в номер за отдельную плату. Все было очень вкусно. Такси можно вызвать на ресепшн. Не особо подходит наверно для семей с маленькими детьми. Территория не большая и отель на холме. В отель поднимаешься где-то на лифте , где-то по лестнице. Есть багги на ресепшн.

Нам дали номер, в котором была дверь в соседний номер. Типа конект-рум. Она конечно была закрыта , но слышимость соседей была , как-будто мы одна семья )))))) Менять нам было лень , собственно за что и поплатились.

What a great place. Staff can't do enough for you. The animation team with Keay the supervisor where so good. Keay helped both my friend and myself. Making sure we were happy. Pluem helped my friend who had hurt herself with the steps to the toilet and waited to help her down again. The spa massages were amazing. Only thing I could say is if for two weeks stay rotate the set menu and the clothes shop change that to a little store to buy water and soft drinks. The staff in the restaurant so polite. From the manager to the cleaners. We both agreed we have never been treated so kind and courteous as this hotel.

The pool is the biggest reason for coming back 3 times in a row. So big and well maintained. Very safe for children and quite convenient for parents. The staff is very friendly and make an effort to make you feel at home. The recreation team was exceptional. Mr. Keay and his team took great effort with giving Muay Thai lessons and games around the play room. The gym is good and offers what I need from a hotel gym. Not extremely big, but sufficient. Would be even better if it was accessible 24/7. The bikes are amazing and available for free. So getting into town is easy. The Spa is very premium, so everything you would expect from a premium hotel, Nai Harn beach is probably the best beach I have seen in Thailand. So quite and convenient, yet all facilities are there. The restaurants are affordable and people quite friendly. Free shuttle service from and to the hotel, so not much more to desire.

Actually not a lot to mention here. We were so impressed with this hotel that we came back 3 times in a row.
