Great localization walking distance to Capriciolli East, less than 5 minutes. Area around Residenzia really beautiful. Apartment was old, but clean and spacefull.

Apartment could be more modern. Windows and doors without mosquito net. It would be nice to leave in the kitchen some coffee and tea to quests.

"Grundsätzlich war die Poollandschaft und der nahe gelegene Strand sehr schön. Die Anlage hingegen machte jedoch einen eh"

Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand und die Poollandschaft (auch für Kleinkinder geeignet)

Sehr schlechte Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung, keine Spülmittel, Schwämme, Spülmaschine etc., keine eigene Waschmaschine + Wäscheständer (wie eigentlich in der Beschreibung angegeben), stattdessen konnte man die total verdreckte öffentliche Waschmaschine benutzen, was wirklich abschreckend war. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem, zudem wurden lediglich zwei Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Bettlaken waren teilweise verdreckt, sodass wir sie haben umtauschen lassen und die Handtücher sowie das einzige Geschirrtuch wurden einmal ausgetauscht bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche.
