The accommodation was absolutely fantastic – everything was as expected. The house (two floors) was very nice and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen, and everything was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that after five days we received a fresh set of towels and bed linen. The only disadvantage was the rather low ceiling on the second floor in the bathroom and in one of the rooms (since we are all quite tall). We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area at the front garden. The swimming pool was absolutely fantastic, and the beach was only about a 2-minute walk away (Spiaggia di Capriccioli - Nord). All the staff were very kind and always willing to help. We truly loved this place!

Nice place, but could be so much better! Close to beaches and nice pool area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Houses had a small kitchenette with fridge, pots, m pans, small espresso maker etc. in addition there was a washing machine. There is no oven. Hardest bed I have ever slept on. There was good aircondition in the house. Kid and dog friendly! There is no serving at all on the property, but looked like there had been at some time. Pool is only open at special times and closed from 13:30-15:30 - at this time the short-cut to the beach is also locked. Gym follows the pool hours and does not open before 9:30. There is one restaurant near by with ok food. Nearest large grocery store is 5-10 min drive.
