Amazing location and great property!

Very very thin walls - woke up at 7 AM every day because of the neighbors…

Furniture should be a bit renewed.

Great location and also handy to have some self catering facilities. This is an expensive region of the island and having the ability to make the odd meal at the accommodation goes a long way.

Not particularly comfortable bed or bedding, and not very soundproof - you can hear next door and upstairs quite clearly

They gave us a better room than the one we booked; the parking lot was spacious and with some shadow spots; the apartment had two floors, the furniture was simple but stylish; the kitchen was well organized and had the most important to cook; there was laundry; after the check-out, they let us use all the structure outside and the parking lot until the end of the day, and they gave us towels to go to the pool and have a shower before going away; I had a terrific time there and the capriccioli east beach is amazing!

The price on booking said all the taxes were included but doing the check-in they charged us a city tax (tassa di soggiorno) of 2 euros per night per person that wasn't mentioned in the description; there was no shower box, instead there was a curtain that didn't prevent the water to go out and used to attach to our bodies; the kitchen had the utensils but we had to buy detergent for the dishes and the laundry, sponge, oil, salt and condiments; it would be nice if they had a non-stick frying pan.

Very beautiful territory of the residence - plants, paths, light. Nice reception staff. There is a mini-kitchen with dishes. Good new repair. You can ask for an iron and a hairdryer at the reception. There is possibility to do laundry. Very good location.

There is no dishwashing liquid, no sponge, no salt, no oil, no spatula in the kitchen. Cooking something and then washing the dishes will be a challenge. All this costs pennies, but would greatly increase the rating of the place and convenience. It was sad to buy a dish liquid for 3 days. Very good audibility in the hotel, you can hear what your neighbors are doing.

The location is very good, a lot of access to incredible beaches. The cleaning and the stuff were good.
