Everything was nice apart from the shower drain full of hair! It was disgusting and disappointing.

Rustic vibe and helpful staff. Proximity to the beaches in Cala di Volpe. Good value for money. Huge pool area and facilities like gym and playground available

It would help to have a tiny shop or vending machine in the property.

I don’t understand how there can be any negative reviews. The property is rustic, it is a three star hotel that is priced for value in a very expensive area. Given that, the property is so well kept, designed beautifully and has charming apartments that are stocked with everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful as well! There are 5 beaches within a 5 minute walking distance from your door step and a grocery store a short drive up the road. It is a traditional Italian cottage style room with no windows to keep it cool. There is also a back porch to hang your laundry and a front porch or eat a meal or have a morning exercise. We will definitely return!

It was a perfect location with 5 beautiful beaches in very close walking distance. The pool was also wonderful.

Good location. Relatively easy walk to beach. Pool fabulous!

Well-equipped apartment, with a nice terrace. Bed was comfortable and the area very quite. The residence offered also some extra-services (like pool). Recommened if you look for a relaxing like-home experience.

The room was spacious and had a small patio with a table, where we could enjoy our meals. The pool area is super nice. The nearest beach is within a less than five minutes walk.

It's missing a few basic items in the kitchen, like detergent, sponge, salt and oil. For a short stay, it doesn't make sense to buy all this stuff. It'd also be nice to have a curtain in the bathroom window. The town itself is not very interesting. There are only 3 restaurants withing a walking distance, all of them with terrible reviews. The beaches are nice, but not as nice as other beaches that I visited in north Sardinia.
