Everything, the jacuzi in the room, was a plus!

It was only for two days 😑

- Closeness to beaches - Good and clean pool - Upgraded from a studio to an apartment

- Bed sheets had hairs and stains on them. They were changed the next morning after notifying reception. We unfortunately only realised after the reception had closed on the day of our arrival so had to make do after shaking the hairs off. - Our ‘double bed’ was two single beds pushed together - Smell in the kitchen area - No dish cloth, washing up liquid or cooking basics provided - Although close to beaches, not close to any other amenities - Loud music from club nearby. It was cold in the evenings when we were there so we had doors closed during the night and could not hear it. I would think it would be different if there during hotter periods - In need of a renovation

Residence assez spatiate , les chambres sont sombres, et l'ammeublement rudimentaire. Comme souvent en italie, malheureusement deux lits simples collés, chacun son matelas et son lit. POur un séjour en couple , romantique, pas du tout idéal. Sympa pour 2 jours mais je n'y passerait pas 1 semaine entière. La plage et la piscine sont agréables, le personnel très sympa et accueillant.

The property is very old and run down. The apartment looked and felt like a dungeon. Everything was falling apart. No service whatsoever, not enough towels and linens and when requested they charge additional 10 euros per person for additional towels.

The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk.

We’ve returned here after 12 years, now with a child. The residenza has evolved, facilities got even better. The lovely large filtered sea water pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and a dog’s pool. We loved being in company of well behaved dogs. The location is perfect for the walking distance to the best beaches. A few minutes drive to the best ice cream shop in the area, supermarkets, restaurants. A couple of snack bars are nearby too. The staff are excellent and most kind. We’ve recommended the lovely Residenza to all our friends.
