"A lovely three night stay in York"

A very comfortable guest house with clean rooms and friendly welcome. Very good location and a short walk along the river into the center of York. A fantastic little coffee shop just up the road which was ideal for breakfast.

Met at the door by proprietor very welcoming. The room was large extremely clean and well presented. We had all the facilities we asked for and the price was exceptional. Could not fault the guest house at all. Would certainly stay again.

If I had to be really picky. The towels were a little rough. Otherwise could not fault it

The owners were friendly and easy to work with. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, with a good shower.

The location was a little bit of a walk into the main town, but an easy walk.
