"Good night's rest"

Walking distance to everything. Simple check in and check out. The room was cozy, clean, and well appointed.

Only worth noting to other visitors that the walls are thin and the stairs are creaky. Neither things bothered me, but just FYI

"Propre et chaleureuse petite chambre"

L’endroit est très propre et sent bon! L’accueil est très chaleureux et nous pouvions obtenir de l’aide en tout temps au besoin La douche a une bonne pression d’eau, la salle de bain est toute rénovée. Nous avions une belle vue sur les cours arrières (magnifique arc-en-ciel en bonus) À 15 minutes de marche du centre de la ville.

Le lit est très mou et les oreillers inconfortables à notre goût. La chambre est petite. Il aurait été pratique d’avoir un petit réfrigérateur et deux fauteuils pour s’assoir.

"A great option for a York stay at a reasonable price."

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring York. The room was quiet and we both slept really well. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom was modern and well maintained. It was good to have access to a car park, though we did not use it.

No faults to report.

Room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Owner was very friendly. Guest house is only a short walk into town.
