"Amazing love Landlady "

Couldn’t fault one bit. The landlady was so lovely so much help & cooked the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Made to feel very welcome & my love for Scotland hasn’t changed. 5 stars thanks so much.

In the centre of Dumfries which was fun on Halloween Saturday! Pleased I was given a quiet room at the back....thank you for that thoughtfulness. Nice owners, dogs genuinely welcome. Getting food was an issue as I didn’t know the town and couldn’t find anywhere dog friendly. Otherwise spot on!

"Secret gem"

I have never stayed in a B&B before, I was pleasantly surprised, 2 min walk to the river, owner very accommodating, and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Will use again.

"Visiting Dumfries "

Hotel has friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent however it is a bit rundown and in need of some TLC to be brought up to a decent standard
