Honestly nothing

Staff are absolutely loving, so accommodating for dogs and children. Nothing was too much trouble. Family room was spacious and had everything we needed. Superb location, car park is small but there's a village car park opposite the back of the hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar with really friendly locals. Breakfast was 10/10

Our only one minor issue was that the shower sprayed everywhere and was super sensitive to control to get the right temperature but wouldn't put us off coming back.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the bar which was great, and breakfast was excellent. Secure bike storage in the laundry room was reassuring.

The walls in our room were paper thin. Our next door neighbour was really noisy and as a result it was a very disturbed sleep, not helped by the staff talking loudly and hanging around chatting under our bedroom window when they knocked off.

Very clean, tables in public areas were clean, no sticky tables.

Could do with another table or cupboard top to put things on.

Only problem we had was the heating, we found it extremely hot and not being able to turn off the bathroom radiator was frustrating
