Breakfast fine.

The room was small. . Half size mirror. Kettle didn’t work. No TV remote which the staff did replace when asked. Bathroom, no shower, across the hallway, and at 6,30 am a boiler started outside the window.

The many stairs that were very steep and and narrow and some never had a handrail! Very small car park Not a very good selection for breakfast

Amazing location and a very traditional English inn.

Lots of stairs! The last set ( a spiral staircase) are pretty steep and narrow, but the only route to access the top floor where some of the rooms are located.

Had a great time staying here with friends. Right in the centre of town in a busy little street with restaurants, cafes and independent shops. Nice helpful staff, good facilities, easy car parking and a decent room in which to I slept very well.
