Lovely old inn. You might have to accept the occasional creak in the floor and slightly tilted stairs. Charming.

Cute bed and breakfast type place but more private and hotelish. Friendly staff and very close to Lenox and Pittsfield.

There is virutally no response from staff if there is a problem as there is no front desk staff on site. Our Apple TV was not working, and I got no response to text messages.

Everything was great but we did not realize the bathroom was outside of the room.

Extremely comfortable stay at The Dewey. Bed was amazing! The history of this beautifully place is felt all around. Hope to stay again

Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Very quaint, cozy and welcoming. Rustic charm in a lovely New England Inn. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway, be it an overnight stay, or a an entire week👍

I booked a large room with a seating area and table that they called a classic king.The room they gave me was much smaller than the room I booked. In their ads they refer to the room they gave me as a deluxe king room although it wasn't as large and didn't have the amenities of the other. After booking (non-refundable) I was told that I would need to stop at another inn a mile away from The Dewey to register and pick up my key. This would have been okay given the type of property but should have been disclosed in advance of booking. When I told them in a text that the room was not the one I booked, I received a text back saying (and I quote): "What seems to be the issue?" Yikes! I was subsequently told that the only deluxe room was already booked so they gave me this room. It seems to me that when a room is already booked, it is no longer available!
