Excellent reception from the hosts who were always smiling and happy to help. Bright and perfectly clean rooms, tasty breakfast, fantastic location, good price.

No complaints at all about the accomodaiton. May have to drive around a little to find a parking space but we found one fairly easily just round the corner.

My second visit this year to a good central based B&B in Keswick. Very good value for money. The hosts are friendly, serve an excellent breakfast & leave a tasty afternoon treat in your room.

Perfect location - right in town but on a quiet street. Close to bus stops and easily walkable to the bus station.

The host was very warm, welcoming and polite, which made the stay feel pleasant from the start. The breakfast was excellent and easily one of the best parts of the visit. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the main road, and the bathroom was noticeably better than the one in my previous accommodation. I also appreciated the small fridge in the common area and the complimentary piece of cake, which added a thoughtful touch.

The room did not match the photos shown in the listing. Although the layout was the same, the paint, bed and lighting were different, which made the first impression disappointing. I later realised the bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created an uncomfortable gap and caused squeaking noises whenever I moved. The listing also showed a window with a mountain view, but that picture belonged to another room, so the view was not what I expected. The room felt dim, and the window only had a thick rolling curtain with no lighter privacy option, which made it difficult to let in natural light. The room did not smell as fresh as the previous place I stayed, and I noticed dust on the kettle lid, radiator gap and the clothes rack. The wall had dusty liquid drip spots. Overall, the room felt smaller and less comfortable than expected.

Very cosy and comfortable B&B. Staff are incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to welcome you. Food was lovely and plentiful, location absolutely perfect to explore the town and nearby mountains! Can't recommend highly enough.
