Excellent. Comfortable big bed. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Friendly owners who made us feel at home. Homemade fruit cake in the room was deliciousā€¦.

"Lovely guest house, thoroughly recommended"

Location was amazing. Right round the corner from Keswick high street. 1 minute walk. The hosts were lovely and so was breakfast. I stayed in the single room which was perfect for me. Lovely comfy bed, warm, shower and toilet.

Fantastic breakfast. Lots of choice and the avocado, poached eggs and chilli jam on toast were delightful. Just what's needed before a day on the hills!

The bed was a little too soft for me but I fully appreciate that it's impossible to cater for everyone!

Breakfast was lovely and hosts couldnā€™t do enough for you. Being alone, I felt comfortable, safe and welcome. Property is central and safe for a woman walking around alone.

"Cosy, warm and would definitely go back"

Really welcoming hosts that were overwhelmingly accommodating, from our breakfasts to lugging my luggages up the stairs. Really comfy bed and room, even surprising us with mid day snacks! And the house was within easy walking distance of the town centre. Couldn't ask for anything more.
