Front desk employee was very nice and fast easy check in,room was nice and clean

Front desk was great, but hotel is under renovations while guest stay on the same floor. Room had huge stains on carpet, hair on shampoo bottle, an iron but no ironing board, 2nd bed had stains on spread and remote had no back. I stayed 3 nights and never received maid service. I was never informed by Hotels.com or hotel staff that the hotel was being renovated. Reported the carpet stains and the lady said, "well we were going to have them cleaned but it cost $4000 and that doesn't make sense to have them cleaned when they'll be replaced soon." I agree but it doesn't make sense for guest to pay $170 a night for a hotel under renovations and in this codition. The Hotels.com 8.0 rating was wrong.

The hotel is showing its age but the owners are in the process of upgrades and doing it in a way that it does not interfere with your staff. Staff is great, friendly and welcoming.

Staff were very helpful and put themselves out to assist help.

Getting to local amenities was a bit confusing due to road layouts.

The breakfast was horrible. Eggs and bacon were tasteless. They had biscuits without gravy. elevator was down and had to carry luggage up stairs. hall and room carpet dirty

Clean,quiet, comfortable. Entrance needs better signage.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

No housekeeping at all, pillows were flat, air conditioning was loud, fridge wasn’t cold. Some staff didn’t speak English. I had to give housekeeping old towel for new in the hallway, and changed the garbage the same way.
