A little run down but there was a corridor blocked off for renovations - so maybe trying to update.

Everything is in plastic, breakfast, nothing fresh, not eco friendly do ly, rooms outdated but clean and okay

The room was huge, the pillows really top-notch, and the staff amazing. I loved the layout of the building, as well, and yay for a water bottle refilling station, too. The only things I didn't love were that it was a bit noisy, and that when I turned the cold water on, it turned hot before it got cold. Once I figured that out, you just had to wait a minute. I'd consider staying here again when I'm next in town.

It is a mid-range hotel that has seen some use but everything is available and operational.

Stayed here during a trip to help my military son move. I booked two nights because his departure date was 5/31, but he was able to leave a day earlier, so I told them at check-in that I would only need one night. Was told I would need to check out and speak to the manager in the morning. I spoke with the person at the desk about the situation, and I was told that she'd have to adjust the day after my official checkout date on the reservation, but that she couldn't do anything at that time because of the computer. I was told she used to be able to make the change, but not anymore. I was also told that I would receive an email receipt, but I never came. A few days went by, and I checked my credit card, and the payment for the full amount for two nights had been charged and fully processed. No refund of the one night that we did not stay. The grass needed to be mowed. The room was not very clean, and the carpet was nasty. The toilet seat was stained somehow and was loose. Before checking in, the door at the end of the hotel could be opened without a room key. This is not safe. Our room was just 20 feet from that door. Needless to say, I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend anyone else stay here either. Especially with the condition of the hotel and the shady business practice. I am not the 1st review I saw about checking out early and not getting a refund.

No shower gel. Sink did not drain properly. Stayed for 6 days and never had maid service. Poor lighting in room. Breakfast items were not restocked so if you didn’t get there early you were out of luck. Hot water for tea was brown colored. Floor in food area was not cleaned during our entire stay.
