Friendly staff, quick check in, quiet rooms, breakfast was good, and easy on site parking.

This Residence Inn has to be one of the best hotel stays I have ever had, especially as an extended stay. There is no other place I would rather call my home away from home. The facility is bright, modern, clean and spacious. The rooms are well appointed, meticulous and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. A special shout out to the breakfast ladies. What a cheerful crew to start your day with. Even as you’re bolting out the door, they make sure you know “Breakfast is ready!” They’ll even help package it to go. Knowing that a large number of the guests have to run to work first thing in the morning, they adjusted the serving hours to accommodate them.

This hotel stay was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. The hotel seems newer and the staff do a great job of keeping the spaces and rooms clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they definitely make you feel like it’s a home away from home. If I do come back to the area, I will 100% be staying at this location again.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of from the time we stepped in the front door to our room. The room was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We used the hotel as a home base for 14 people, aged 7 months to 80, for an 80th birthday party. The staff was fantastic. Not only did they ably handle one reservation for 7 rooms with three arrival dates and two departure dates, they provided restaurant advice and general good cheer. Rhonda and Tina served great breakfasts every morning. The front desk staff always had a smile and an offer of assistance.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we loved the updates. We would definitely stay there again.

The Residence Inn by Marriott has now become my #1 hotel of choice! I appreciate everything about this place. The next time that I'm in Springfield I will definitely be lodging here!

From the moment we walked through the door, to saying farewell, we were met with cheerful smiles, welcoming attitude and helpful spirits! Large comfortable rooms, beds, full kitchens, exceptional in cleanliness. We stayed in a 2 master bedroom suite and was impressed with every detail aimed at our comfort. Rhonda, morning hostess, learned when you might need that extra early fresh cup of java. She kept the breakfast food fresh, hot, and dining areas clean. High five to Rhonda and breakfast crew! Halls were kept quite, and rooms were well insulated so that you never even heard a TV in a neighboring suite. Marriott really scored with this location! Don't even think about staying anywhere else but this Residence Suites!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with several selections (hot and cold) that differed each day. Set-up of the room was a typical Residence Inn with a full side fridge, microwave, sink and small dining table. The room was clean and as we were there just a couple of nights, we did not avail of housekeeping. Would recommend for a family or business traveler.

Beautiful and clean property with nearby restaurants. Room felt like a mini apartment. Nice place!
