Excellent location to racecourse

Tote restaurant was closed. Noise from restaurant was loud into the night. Burnouts on road extremely noisy

The staff were really friendly. Room was perfect for our family. Great restaurant next door friendly staff aswell as bottlestore. Safe secure pin access parking. Would happily book here again.

The kitchenette was incredibly tiny and hard to prepare any food as no bench space only room for the sink and cooktop.
