Very friendly staff, very clean room.

Very clean room and super comfy bed. We felt right at home. The layout of the room was nice as my daughter could do her homework on the desk or couch. The lighting in the room was perfect, so many options. A lamp and another by the desk as well as reader lamps by the bed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Original suite's ac and refrigerator didn't work, when trying to find a different room was offered a normal room that was significantly smaller. Had to settle in a smaller only to find rat poop and traps in the pull out bed. The advertising on Hotels.com said there was a pool but it was out of order and staff did not notify when i picked up my room keys. (Had photos but upload function wasn't working)

This facility is very clean and well appointed. The layout of our suite was very good, with separate rooms for the toilet (which included a small sink with mirrors), and the shower which also had a full counter with mirror and sink. We were there for a birthday celebration, which was held in a reserved meeting room that had doors that opened into the bar/lounge area. That feature is very convenient. We only two issues with the room: 1) the HVAC system included a wall thermostat which did not actually control the unit. The controls were contained in the unit itself. The room temperature was 65 degrees when we arrived, so we changed the setting from a/c to heat and set the temperature to 72 degrees, but the room never exceeded 67 degrees. 2) The television system this hotel uses was very difficult to operate. We would like to compliment the front desk attendant "Bailey" who was very gracious and helpful in assisting us. The breakfast buffet was generous, including hot scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, english muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee. The staff of both the hotel and the bar/lounge were friendly and made us feel appreciated. This facility would have a earned fourth star had we not encountered the issues mentioned above.

Pool broken They won’t tell you tell your checked in Even over phone they say pool is open but it’s not it’s empty

My wife and I decided to go antiquing in Enid. We booked the Springhouse Suites on Marriot.com. The app does not work well. And it take an hour to book usually due to server issues on the hotels side. So we arrive at the hotel checked in and dropped off our luggage and went to eat. We were tired and went to bed and as older people we have to get up though out the night but at home and most hotels we don’t have an issue with noisy doors. In room 129 the door need publication on the sliding barn door style. It screamed metal on metal scraping. . That woke most if asleep. This happen three times during the night so we were exhausted in the morning. I couldn’t get back to sleep after the third time . So I decided to work only to find that we could not get a printed receipt. The next morning both of us ha issues with the shower head. Could adjust because it was installed well over 6 or 7 feet above my reach. I Finally work at the desk the chair was broken and every moment would cause squeaking.. The normal noise above a room is ok just as long as someone is not jumping on the The bathroom door and the chair were awful. No excuse at all since housing keeping had to know that they were messed up. The paint was also peeling I. The bathroom.

Pool was out. Hot water was out. Toilet backed up. And I felt bad for the kid working the front desk. He was kind but seemed to not be fully trained. Manager was out of town at a concert and said she wouldn't fix anything tonight. Not sure if they cancelled/refunded my card since they couldn't provide any documentation. This place was the worst experience not only from the facilities but also the customer service. Asked for the owner to be contacted and was told they were not allowed to. Went to the Hilton instead and will not be back to a Marriot facility.
