All night party, people screaming at 3 am. No reaction from the hotel. You charge premium make it comfortable for all guests not only for these who wants party 24h a day

The room was fine, my initial impression was good. When arriving early, the girl at the front desk let me leave my luggage and return later for check-in.

Once returning, I was met by a guy at the front desk who had already downgraded the experience from the first interaction, with a slight arrogance. 20$ fee for a package delivered to me from a business partner - fair enough, a bit much, but I would not let that ruin the stay. After the stay, I have contacted them multiple times to receive an invoice for the stay, since it was a business trip; however, I have so far only received an invoice for the package handling. Professionalism from the person handling the after requests is close to 0. It is laughable at this point.

Great location, huge room very very quiet. Restaurants at other hotels were close by as were coffee shops.

You had to park around the corner yourself, which is sometimes a challenge in a big city but easy directions. Coffee in the lobby would be nice in the mornings.
