Good stay all round. Great beach, good food. No night life though and really not much entertainment for kids. But the beach makes up for that. If the property were still maintained as a 5 star hotel, it would be awesome. I will definitely stay again. Nice friendly staff too.

Very old, empty building. Old appartments, not clean.

My family (me, my wife and 2 young children) stayed here for 2 nights in a Superior Apartment - it was beautiful and the jacuzzi on the balcony was awesome to have...the kids loved it! Large suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchen, and a huge balcony were ideal - very quiet too...soundproofed rooms apparently! The hotel itself is old school opulence, although some recent tough times meant that the restaurants and bar are were closed. Don't let this put you off - it's ideal for a family getaway and the pool is great too. Supermarkets are nearby and it's just a 5-10mins walk to the beautiful Casablanca beach, which has some lovely restaurants and plenty of drinks/snacks kiosks too. We loved it and will be going back again!!

If you are looking for a terrific pool with hardly anyone else using it, then this is the place for you. It used to be a 5 star hotel but it's now only apartments. Note there is no restaurant or bar in the place, they all closed down years ago so the property has a vacant look. But there are places to eat out. The apartments have kitchens and there are 2 Supermarkets next door and opposite.

It was good experience but it have no restaurant,cafe. Bar or any thing ... Close to the beach and thats it

Fantastic 3 bed apartment, huge pool with plenty of sunbeds. Very peaceful around the pool. Perfect for a girls getaway -10 Euros in a taxi to Marbella or Banus. Quiet in the hotel, clearly has been livelier in the past with vacant shops on the ground floor, but 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance so no problem at all.

Beautiful hotel but due to legal issues all facilities were closed except the pool. Hotel restaurants, spa, bar and pool bar were all closed. If you needed housekeeping daily you needed to call the office in the morning and no services were available after 9pm. This is not that big of an issue with proper planning. Beach was within walking distance of the property. Had the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with roof top jacuzzi which was very nice and spacious. Washer and dryer available which came in very handy. Overall this hotel was very good but could be a 5 star hotel if all facilities would have been available. Staff was very helpful when you requested items. Definitely would return to this hotel in the future.

Not a Hotel! Just rooms for rent - due to some administrative issues with the city in 2016. Supposedly functioning as Hotel in 2015 with restaurant, pool bar, room service, etc. No restaurant thus no breakfast, brunch dinner, etc. You need to find another place to eat. Dated and not very well up kept. Bathroom, around bath tab growing black fungus (could be cleaned better). Confusing reception system. Downstairs reception is hopeless and useless. You get there key and piece of paper one should read to get to know where is correct reception to complete check in. Once you found correct place, people are nice and friendly. If you happen to go to wrong place you will feel unwelcome and get upset. Positive thing is that weather is compensating for all of this. After couple of days you don't notice these imperfections and holidays are perfect again :)

Perfect in every way. Easy to find on street parking so no cost. Reception team very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely - we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a roof terrace and hot tub. Easy walking distance to Marbella old town and seafront. We also walked to per to Banus one evening and got a taxi back for €10. We'd stay again.
