Det var fint rum och så som det såg ut på bilderna. Tråkigt nog ganska obekväma sängar. Poolen som vi åkte dit för att utnyttja var stängd, utan att vi fått något meddelande om det. Gick inte att få tag på uthyrarna per telefon. Kompensationen vi fick var inte hälften vad vi fick betala när vi fick gå till ett annat ställe som hade pool.

Det var kjekke plas og kjekke leilighet. De kunne vaske oftere, kunne bytte håndklær oftere.
Well, many things are good, but many should be much better, it was hard to find a working phone number, when i showered up at the appartment, i was asked to walk a 15 minutes walk to check in there and then come back, the apartment was nice, but few things should be better. paying a higher price and chosing deluxe flat means the tv should be a bit better, not under the stairs, maybe some speakers to listen to music, and so on, it felt so basic, the lights of the bathroom stopped working when i was showering, it took long time to get them fixed, even the wifi stopped working
Great place, I will come back but they need to improve check in system, they didn't guve us basic infos, no keys for parking garage for which I paid and we couldn't use it and they charge 100zl for cleaning but it wasn't clean as it could be, but still perfect location and nice place.
Kjempefin leilighet med 2 soverom. Badekar på det ene soverommet. Det negative var at det var umulig å få tak i noen på telefon, for å avtale henting av nøkkel. Vi kom dit etter midnatt, og måtte i samråd med hotell.com finne oss ett annet hotell første natta. Det tragiske i det var at disse leilighetene har døgnvakt, som kunne gitt oss nøkkelen. Men den måtte hentes på et kontor i åpningstiden. Men alt dette fikk vi ikke vite pga at ingen svarte på telefon, selv om vi ringte gjentatte ganger i flere dager.Hotell.com greide heller ikke å komme i kontakt med de.
Gillade inte att det inte var bra städat, att det luktade gamal cigarettrök och att det låg mot en stor gata. Var på andra rum som var mycket fräschare, finare.

First. Appartement was great. Comfy and clean. But EVERYTHING else about waterlane is absolutely hopeless! If you want service find another place. We could not get them on the phone, there was nobody there when we arrived. We could not even get in to the damn building! None of the listed phone numbers works, and no one could help us. Standing there with a toddler in the arms was pretty frustrating! After hours of calling and searching for people a nice guard in the underground garage helped us. Do not book at waterlane Appartement.
Krångel m incheckning och extra avgift för städ som plötsligt tillkom. Annars fint hotell med kanonlägenheter
