The phone number for the property is incorrect on hotels.com and had to go through many people to get in touch with someone for details about arriving after reception closes. No email address is provided either, had to get hotels.com customer service to get it for me and then email them, they then gave me the correct phone number. Apartment was nice and central, no problems there other than some slightly broken light fixtures.
Det var helt omöjligt att få kontakt med Apartinfo Waterlane apt. Gick inte att få kontakt varken via telefon eller mail. Vi gick till oss att vårt rum inte var tillgängligt första dagen men att vi skulle få ett ersättningsrum, hade ju varit bra om de svara så man slipper fundera vad som händer. Vi bestilte en overnatting før hjemreise og det funket greit flott stort rom men endel mangler som knekt kontakt til soveromslampen, manglet lys på badet, knekt utestol på balkongen og wifi var ikke med som det sto i oversikten. Tilleggsavgifter ved innsjekk trekker også ned skriv hele prisen med engang. Beliggenheten er flott midt i gamlebyen.
Det var okej, luktade konstigt i vår lägenhet.
Erittäin kiva huoneisto. Ihana näköala joelle ja vanhsnkaupungin ravintolat vieressä. Ostosalue on toisessa päässä vanhaa kaupunkia mutta pienempiä putiikkeja on hotellin lähellä. Avaintenhakupaikkaa emme meinanneet löytää mutta sekin järjestyi pienen kiertelyn jälkeen. Allas aukesi klo 10 mutta siellä emme käyneet. Huoneisto oli aika lämmin eikä lämmitystä voinut säätää. Suosittelen lämpimästi! Kuusi naista mahtui mainiosti.
The location and the apartment was really good, but the company running it was extremely unresponsive! We have been given 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days and asked several times to supply some more, considering there was also a lovely swimming pool in the building, but we are still waiting for them!!! I would love to come back there but I will make sure to use a different agency.
Muutaman minuutin päässä kävelykadulta. Kaikki nähtävyydet hyvin lähellä. Paljon ravintoloita. Kaunista. Päivä riittää. Lyhyt matka Gdyniaan ja Sopottiin. Kannattaa käydä.
Huoneisto ok, mutta varauksemme neljälle henkilölle ja pyyhkeitä huoneistossa vain kaksi! Villakoiria nurkissa ihan riittämiin. Sijainti sinänsä ok
Oli ihan ok. Olisi ollut kiva, että avaimet olisi voinut saada suoraan, mutta ei siitä isoa vaivaa ollut. Siivousmaksu tuli yllätyksenä. Lisäksi eivät vastanneet kysymyksiin sähköpostitse ennen matkaa.
