Good location, decent price online, more if you called directly,

The pool boiler was down during our stay, and the bathtub drain didn’t stay up, so we had to put something in it to shower

"Hire on site security."

Comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet, clean, parking is close by

How the patrons treat the staff is absolutely disgusting. I haven't seen public verbal abuse that extreme in my entire life and I work in a hospital, in a profession that experiences the highest rate of workplace violence/abuse. This facility NEEDS on site security at the very least. What my family and I witnessed is absolutely not okay. These workers have a right to feel safe in their place of work. To be yelled at and belittled so publicly by some crack lady for 1.5 hours is horrific. On Christmas day to boot. Very gross. Please do better. Hire on site security.
