The staff was super friendly! And it was quiet for the most part besides kids one night, which is normal for a hotel. But a quiet area for the most part

Atm was out of order, accidentally put my card in ( didnt realize the small sign ) and card got locked in . Staff wasn't much help just wanted me to leave my card in there which wasn't happening. Its been out of order for 3 years she said. they should block off the card slot or get rid of it completely. I sat in lobby alone while the staff sat in the back (not at the desk) googling how to get my card out I finally figured it out and had to tell them. My buddy stayed with us since it was the night before his wedding and he slept on the pullout couch which seemed super uncomfortable. The blankets for the couch in the closet had some red/brown stains on it which was sort of gross. Wish at that point I just got 2 queens instead.

Convenient location with pool and hot tub.

Hot tub and pool were not as clean as they were when we stayed last but we were there just before close. The vending machines did not take money, only debit or credit. Pull out bed was not made up although our reservation was for 5 people so it was obvious it was being used as a bed.
