Burlington Hotel

Location to promenade / restaurants.

Right next to early hours 2 AM closing pub, loud music drinking outside on the pavement .. we had a room at the front of the hotel had to have the window open as it was hot. AM hours..Two of the three nights a very loud alarm from either the hotel or just across the street went off took a while before it was stopped. Room was clean enough a bit tired tiny ensuite.. good luck if your on the large size using the shower you may get in it but you’ll only be able to spin wash. Not much room to sit on the pan. 70 rooms 22 parking spots. £12.50 a night parking down the road unless you can find an empty space by driving the side roads. Bank holiday busiest weekend of the year Restaurant or bar wasn’t open for a tot before bed.

The room was spacious and good location

The staff was rude when I requested an early check-in, which is an option available in the app. Upon making my request, I received a dismissive response stating that I would be "jumping into bed with prior guests," and that early check-in was not possible. This response felt both rude and unnecessary, especially since the app clearly offers this automated request. If early check-in isn’t an option, then why is there a request button available? I was willing to pay any associated fee.
