The lady in reception was excellent, especially as we had come down because Dad had been rushed into hospital and we had to extend our stay a couple of times.

The beds in our first two rooms was little uncomfortable

Location and staff are very friendly

The shower pressure is extremely low, making it difficult and uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety, such as fresh fruits and more cereal options.

Very small and basic room, shower useless, just dribbled out water, furniture and fittings very poor condition, coat hooks fallen off.

The bathroom was awful. Shower had no pressure at all, could not wash shampoo off hair was that bad, bogeys wiped on tiles, mould all over the tiles and floor, dated bathroom.
