Staff not helpful and cleaning

Good location, reasonable price

Shower difficult to operate to get right temp, only managed very hot or cold! Breakfast times very limited and had to be ordered in advance the previous evening.

Really nice no frills hotel in a great location a 1 minute walk to the seafront. Handy on site free parking. The staff were all very welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

The shower pressure wasn't great

Shower pressure low and erratic. Plumbing from neighbouring rooms was very noisy at times. Room was stifling hot - very hot weather but if staff had opened opened windows or closed curtains during the day this would have helped

Bed was too small, and could do with adding air con.

The room was clean.

The breakfast was very poor quality even tho the price was £10 per person as the leaflet said they were local Isle of Wight sausages, however the breakfast was very poor quality think 19p Iceland sausages the bacon was of similar quality to the sausages, the breakfast was cold also, cheap quality cereals were also offered. The bathroom in the room was very old. It took an hour for the cistern to fill back so if staying with a companion you’d need to orchestrate your lavatory needs. The water in the bath was of a low temperature and was very hit and miss with water pressure.
