Guests can leave luggage at the property prior to check-in. Please note that an additional charge will incur for children under 3 years old who are staying in the room. Any older child will be charged as an adult. To eat breakfast at the property, a reservation must be made at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. We had a very nice sized room with a view of bamboo and small stream. Our host were wonderful and so helpful.

I really can't say anything negative our experience with the property and host was exceptional.

"Amazing traditional guesthouse"

Very nice traditional guesthouse. The rooms have have tatami floors and excellent ventilation. Best breeze we felt in all of our Japan stay. Lovely owner. Two onsens, one inside and one outside. Extremely close to a bus stop and several convenience stores.

"Our favourite stay in Japan"

The hospitality and enthusiasm of the staff made our stay so memorable! The outdoor onsen was beautiful and the indoor onsen was nice too. There are many restaurants in the area which made it very walkable. Our room was beautiful and made our entire trip to Japan feel authentic.

The one complaint I have is that our room had a strong scent of food.

Outstanding hospitality, excellent local knowledge, very organised. Very spacious tatami twin with very comfortable beds. Location great for bus access and near to Susuki Grassfields.

"Nice owners and cozy rooms, great for a stay in Hakone!"

The hostel is super cozy, perfect for a little retreat away from the buzzling city. The owners were super nice and spoke excellent English. The indoor as well as the outdoor onsen were the stars of the show of course, and the outdoor onsen was in the yard outside which was super beautiful. Slots for the onsen could be reserved so that the guests can have some privacy which I thought was great. There also seemed to be no policies forbidding tattoos which is quite rare.
