It was very comfortable and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely the softest futons we've had since we've been visiting Japan. Not to mention the onsen was incredibly nice, my skin seemed much healthier after using it. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The alloyed onsen usage time of 20 minutes makes showering and soaking a little difficult to achieve with such a time crunch. Otherwise it's a wonderful place.

Super hotel avec une chambre traditionnelle ave tatamis. Super accueil avec des conseils au top pour visiter la région, notamment à pied. Onsen privé extérieur et intérieur. Futon très confortable. Clairement dans mon top 3 de mon séjour du Japon, je recommande chaudement !

Such a comfortable space and room. And the property manager was so warm and welcoming!

The facilities were maybe a little worn / old, but everything was very clean and comfortable so not really a complaint!
