"Disappointed "

The staff was friendly. The two elevators were broken. One didn’t work at all. The other only partially worked we had to enter through the rear into the laundry room. Instead of a lavish lobby they could spend money on repairs and room upgrades.

The location was good. We traveled to Pittsburgh to see a Steelers game.

We had a very bad stained quilt on on our bed. We took it off. And the staff brought us a new one.

"Bad experience!"

Looked like there was a leak from the room above.. It was patched and never repainted!! Every hallway smelled like marijuana.. and when we came back to our room.. it smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana IN our room!!! The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.. And I stepped on a pushpin that was on the floor!!!
