"In town for Stay was for a family funeral."

Lobby area very nice Location was good No cost to park Quick service during registration and departure

-Asked for a joining rooms - didn’t get it -room 419 Furnace very loud when it can on -For the price of room would have thought breakfast would have been included -fridge in room 418 sounded like it was going to blow up so it was unplugged

It was clean spacious and a good location

The electricity went out no staff member came to tell anybody why, and in the morning they lied to us and said that all of cranberry was out of power when it was just the locations around them

We stay here all the time on our way back from vacation. This stay was disappointing. When we checked j the front desk advised that there would be a power shut down somewhere between 10pm-6am for usually up to an hour. Well at around 10:45 the power went off and did not come on until after 7am. Having the power off of course shut off any airflow in the room, having this happen it made it very difficult to sleep, and we could hear every single noise from the room beside us. So this was way more than an hour, needless to say I did not sleep much. I would have expected that the hotel would have compensated us with something, even if it was a complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed in this hotel on this stay.
