"DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The rooms are disgusting and dusty. The rooms don’t get cleaned well. The floors are gross. We had friends who stayed with us and they accidentally left something. Called less than 24hrs after and they said nothing was left. Clearly stolen from cleaning staff. An entire 1st floor wing of the building was also flooded. They also don’t let you bring your own booze and drink it anywhere on their property including their outdoor space. You are required to purchase it from their bar. The front desk staff at night was very rude. They also assigned our friends to a room that was already taken. Incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I’ve stayed here 3 times and this is definitely my go-to property in Cranberry. Really nice hotel. I wish it had a complimentary breakfast, but that’s the only negative.

Hotel was pretty nice. Doing some upgrades but i feel like i didnt have a room that was upgraded yet. Staff was really friendly and nice. I would stay again and i assume this would be a 5 star after renovations are completed.
