"Negative staff review"

This place started out with a negative that could not be overcome by other aspects of the stay. After successfully checking in, I grabbed a luggage cart and started out to the car. I was immediately challenged for my selection of that cart (which was the only one that would take all our stuff to the room in one trip) by an assistant manager (not the receptionist). She said I could not use that cart because there was a bus coming in where they wanted to use the cart. After wrangling back and forth for several minutes, I finally took one of the other carts, of a different design, and made two trips to get everything in the room. That very negative encounter left me with an anger that I could not get over, therefore, my low rating of this Hampton Inn. I read your self-serving response, which made me even angrier. I just reposted my entire review above to your web review solicitation. Good riddance to Hampton Inns.
