The location is very convenient and the room was clean.

Charged for a broken glass - they need to provide plastic cups and plastic utensils for children. I thought is was crazy they would ruin a good experience by enforcing this crazy rule. Dropped my rating from a 8.6 down to a 5.6. Little things make a big difference.

Great location

I liked the staff. Pool was great and close to the beach. Stayed 26 nights and can’t think of a problem that wasn’t fixed immediately. Would stay again

Great place

I would advise not to stay in bldg 2. Older part of hotel. Air con exchanger blowing on balcony makes balcony unusable.

Our five night stay was very good. The staff was diligent and polite. The room was good and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet (surcharge) was excellent. Overall I would without a doubt, stay again.

Family oriented hotel, room was big and spacious. Pool was beautiful and clean near to the Jomtien beach, next to Pattaya Immigration office. Good parking spaces. The bed had to be one of the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel it was like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were terrible! The pillows were basically non-existent. I wanted to check into two additional rooms for family at 1335 hours and were told we had to wait until 1400 hours to check in. There is no security on the old tower and basically anyone can just come in and walk around at anytime of the night. At night it is on the louder side due to nearby bars blasting music. The restaurant was nice and affordable.
