good place for family, near beach, town and many restaurants

Large comfortable room with all amenities. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym facilities. Can recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Nice relaxing hotel, breakfast good variety. Room good although shower over bath poor design as water went everywhere while taking a shower. New construction next door bit of noise but overall not too bad. Food and drink prices same as outside so good value, would stay again .

The design of the executive suite is strange. The TV is pointing to the desk so we cannot be able to watch the TV from our bed. The section of the room was separated in a strange way. There were tiny walking way to the wardrobe and mini bar which was not so comfortable to walk around there. We were disappointed as we paid extra for the room and recieved the room we did not like. The staff was nice and welcome.

Hotel was very good and the breakfast spread was excellent, but there is noisey construction going on next door.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, fabulous pool,awesome nice small useable gym,AWESOME breakfast. Bit dated, but for the price good value. Corridors have terrible acoustics so it you have noisy inconsiderate neighbors, watch out!

We could really take a relax during our stay. Especially night time was very quiet. Our room was very clean and water amount in shower room was enough but sometimes repeated weak water or strong so not easy to control the temperature. This is negative point that desire to improve. The view through window was good so that could see a part of sea and garden. The most impressive point was when checking in. The staff showed me her good smile and kindly explained about something in hotel.

check-in smooth and EASY, they could not charge my credit card for the deposit so said that is ok, no fuss, I was impressed, as this can be a problem in Thailand, check-out was just as easy paid the mini bar bill and they got me a taxi and I got away very quickly without problems. During my stay ALL were helpful and coutrteous at all times.

I had a 4night stay at Jomtien in May and really enjoyed my time. Evan though it was busy Iliked the erea close to beach and plenty of night life. I went to walking street once and that was enough. I preferred where I stayed and would recommend it anytime. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and pool good. Not far from beach
