"Excellent all round hotel "

Booked 4nts ended up staying 9 !! Great value as I searched online for discount vouchers too to use found one for 10% off so a bonus. Great big room with balcony & a bath . Slept very well no noise as its away from the bars & rowdiness at the bottom of the road. Nice pool area & loads of choice for breakfast all kept hot & eggs to order.

"Not good as expected."

I choosed this hotel because of reviews, but it not good as I expected with price. The description of the room said it is pool view but I got citiview very disappoint. Please note this hotel not provide toothbrush (makes me down).

"Great Hotel poor front desk and reception."

Great hotel. Fantastic amenities. But hotel lacks serious staff communication skills. And they jus want to charge charge. Also front desk cannot accept cards. I this world of transaction they expect a tourist to carry cash every time they want to pay that is seriously absurd and staff needs to proper training to how to be hospitable to the customer. I would love stay again in this hotel but if the staff are same then better choose somewhere else. The front desk is literally over charging the customer every single time as we don't understand what they are trying to say and they don't understand what we are trying to say. And toiletries are very basic and minimal. And they are not a four star hotel. It would be rated as a three star.

"User friendly designed clean Hotel.."

Stayed only one night and I would consider returning in the future. A well set out hotel that is not too big and not too small. Easy access to all facilities from reception to the restaurant, pool, gym and car park. A short walk to the beach and right next door to Thai immigration. I stayed in room 309 which is well constructed with a nice layout and reasonable sized balcony overlooking the pool. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment.
