The rooms hadn’t been cleaned, dirty sheets , Rubbish left laying around , items such as tissues in the bed , all rooms the same , staff were unhelpful, we had to abandon our stay and it totally ruined our weekend .

Location ideal for me,room was clean

windows are blown need replacing come winter,bed extremely creaky may need repair,basic provisions for a tea/coffee but no sugar provided on both days should be checked before guests arrive and daily. May stay again in the future but would report the issues next time but ideally shouldn't need to.

The room was booked as we were walking the canal and the Plough was on the bus route.

No chair or table. had to sit on the beds. Small room. Bathroom had little space for toiletries and only a hook on the door so nowhere to put used towels. A bath mat was on the radiator when we arrived and it was wet. TV control was filthy (had to clean it) as were skirting boards between beds.

The location to where we needed was good. Nice, clean and simple room. Free parking.

No fan in room, ground level so couldn't open windows wide. Sheets on 1 bed gad what looked like grease stains but smelt fresh. No plug socket by the mirror for hair appliances.

Room was clean and quiet

Would have liked to have the offer of breakfast

The beds were quite comfortable

The welcome was not friendly. No breakfast was available. The facilities in the room were poor.
